I invite you to walk alongside me, navigating the terrain of life’s experiences. I’ve spent many years on a spiritual journey, climbing up and down the metaphorical mountains of life, seeking wisdom and understanding. Each step, each breath, each moment has been a part of my journey.

As I stand here, observing the mountains, the experiences that shaped me are revealing beautiful patterns that no longer appear random.

My experience spans diverse areas, and I draw inspiration from each of these practices. Although my regular Reiki sessions with animals are now a thing of the past, the profound insights and connections I gained continue to shape my approach to wellness and breathwork.
